Do you remove Spirit Companions if I decide I no longer want them or they don't like me?
I don't visit your Spirits or interact with them in any way. I will NOT assist in removing/controlling a Spirit Companion/Living Entity. All Companion purchases should be approached as a LIFELONG companion. How you go about attempting to remove/rehome a spirit is entirely up to you, and I will give no advice. My spirits are in a "sealed" state until shipment. My energy is NOT left with them. I will NOT interact with them on your behalf before or after purchase for any reason outside of a retrieval/rebinding. When considering a spirit companion, please read the ENTIRE listing. I am NOT responsible for paranormal activity/attack from any spirit. ALL spirit listings have a disclaimer at the bottom of the listing.

Do spells, portals, attunements, and direct spirit bindings have side effects? Do you offer custom spells?
Some, but NOT ALL people will experience side effects when they first encounter a spelled item or have a direct spell cast or spirit bound to them.
Common effects include: dizziness, tingling, fatigue, restlessness, anxiety, and energy rushes but may include other symptoms dependent upon the individual.

How long until I see spell results, notice spirit activity, or deity portal connection?
Connection and/or results from any of my offerings can take minutes to months to notice. This depends on your individual abilities and blocks. If YOU do not believe a spell will work, it’s power is diminished. Believe in me, my work, and your own personal power to make drastic changes in your life and your spell results will soar!
Spirit Activity depends on YOUR spirit communication abilities. I’ve had numerous buyers leave reviews stating they had instant communication after purchase. The time it takes for a spirit to show activity greatly varies from instant to months and activity manifests in a variety of ways.
Spell results are typically seen in a range of minutes to months. Everyone has blockages that a spell must break through for the desired results to manifest. The absolute WORST thing you can do when working with Spells is doubt the results. Results are never guaranteed.
Deity and Realm Portals require YOU to make an effort to make contact. Portal connection is NOT always instant.
Do all Spirit Companions get along with each other? Are the spirits okay with kids, pets , and other household members or people near me?
Spirits are never guaranteed to all get along. Similar to when you have a pet and you go buy a new one and bring it home.. the first pet and the new one have to adjust to each other. Do you get along with EVERYONE you meet? The spirits I offer are all familiar with each other and are accepting of EACH OTHER. There will be an adjustment period with any other spirits in your keep from other practitioners. There is no way to know for sure if your new companion will get along with your other ones. The Spirits I offer are focused on YOU, not the animals or other people in your home. To date I have NOT had a complaint about spirits bothering their children, pets, or other people in the home.
Do you offer personal bonding?
Every companion that is being sent home receives a personal bonding. Personal Bonding is NOT a direct binding. Bonding simply allows you to have a faster, deeper connection to your spirit, portal, or spell.
Why is the same spirit type listed more than once?
The same spirit types are listed again as there are more than one of each type. I do not offer or conjure the same spirit twice. If you buy a Beast Angel and you see another listed in a few days- it is a DIFFERENT entity, not the one bound to YOUR item. The same photos are sometimes used. I am a skilled conjuror and have access to countless spirits/beings/living entities so you will see the same types relisted.
Will you switch vessels or make changes to listed items such as making a spell item a direct spell casting? Will you "add more power" to my purchased item before shipping it? Can I remove my pendant from the leather cord it comes on?
NO. Everything listed is sold AS listed. I will not add intentions/spells to a listed item. Buyers sometimes leave order notes stating to add more power to an item..I will not add "more power" to a pre-cast/ pre-spelled item, I offer ONLY the most powerful enchanted items- no need to add anything to them. I will not change a direct spell casting to an item or a spell item to a direct spell casting. If you would like a different vessel/item from the one I have listed, you can purchase a transfer box from my shop and transfer the spirit/portal/spell to any vessel/item you wish. All listings state the exact ring sizes in the description. What you see is what you get.

I do not allow visits with my spirits.
I will not "ask a spirit" if they like you or provide info that is not in their description as ALL available info is in the description. I greatly VALUE my knowledge and time, so I don't match spirits or teach spirit keeping for free. I do NOT teach spirit conjuring or keeping.
When will the type spirit I want be restocked?
I list things WHEN I HAVE THE TIME TO DO SO. I consistently have a backlog of items to list. Spirits are usually restocked in the order that they sell. If you want a certain spirit and see that they sold yesterday, do not expect to see another similar one listed immediately. I no longer respond to messages asking me when I will restock specific spirits, portals, or spells or if I have certain spirits in vetting- I suggest checking my shop every few days to see if what you want is available again.
What type of activity can I expect from a Spirit Companion?
It varies depending on the type of spirit and your own personal connection abilities. Any of the following are common: hearing taps, knocks, feeling cold or hot bursts of air, feeling touches, seeing orbs or shadows, telepathic communication, coincidental signs, feeling someone looking at you, seeing things move in your home. etc. Others in the home may experience activity also. Perceived activity depends greatly on YOUR ability to sense spirits. If you have issues with spirit communication or are a beginner, I have items that can help. Building a relationship through offerings and attempted communication will ensure a close bond allowing for their willingness to show activity. Don't buy with the expectation that you can put forth zero effort.
Why did you cancel my order? Why haven't you replied to my message?
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER WITHOUT EXPLANATION. MY BUSINESS, MY CHOICE.
I'm not OBLIGATED to ANYONE. I will not tolerate needy, rude or argumentative people. I don't babysit adults or cater to anyone's ego. I'm quick to ban and block to protect my peace.
I will not acknowledge anyone who expects me to jump at their command or expect constant message replies. Messages are the single most time consuming aspect of my day.
NO Cancellations/Changes to orders, NO EXCEPTIONS
-I do NOT change/switch/substitute orders/items whatsoever. NO BUYER CANCELLATIONS, PERIOD. Etsy informs buyers that this shop doesn't accept cancellations. No matter the reason given to me to cancel, ALL orders WILL ship.
You can't "accidentally" place an order, the checkout process is not a one click process. You can see exactly what's in your cart.
Be 100% sure before you place your order. A help request WILL NOT make me cancel your order as my shop policy is set to NO CANCELLATIONS and Etsy support will honor my policy, it is the buyer's responsibility to read all shop info prior to ordering.
Will my spirit companion physically manifest?
Physical manifestation is a possibility and happens frequently with the spirits I offer. Physical manifestation depends on many factors including YOUR ability to see and perceive spirits. Most likely you will see your companion in your mind’s eye rather than with your physical eyes. It takes immense energy for a spiritual being to hold a physical form, even for a few seconds.
Is a vessel bound spirit stuck in the vessel?
No, of course not! Many spirits have their own lives in the spirit realm. Are you bound to your home?.. No, that simply is a safe space that you have chosen and you can come and go as you’d like. The vessels are the same for your Spirit Companions. Our physical world intertwines with many other realms and dimensions that our companions can access. This also comes into play when spirits are sent out for spirit realm tasks by their keeper. A vessel bound spirit always returns to the vessel but does not occupy it 24/7.. as that would be spiritual slavery and I don't condone that practice. Can they leave permanently? NO, again they must return to the vessel they are bound to.

Domestic orders totaling $500+ will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. I'm NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect addresses. I ship to the exact address that you enter at checkout.
1. ALL orders SHIP 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS from purchase date, regardless of shipping option chosen. I DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS.
2. PACKAGES TRACKED AS "DELIVERED" ARE NOT LOST IN TRANSIT. Contact your delivering post office if a delivered package is missing.
3. I DON'T REFUND/REPLACE for shipping issues such as delayed, lost, or returned packages as that is 100% out of my control.
4. Contact the carrier for any issues with tracking and delivery- I DO NOT file missing mail claims or contact carriers on the buyer's behalf.
5. Etsy has purchase protection for orders under $250 if LOST IN TRANSIT.

Spirit Companion welcoming
I hope you enjoy your new companion! Welcoming your companion is a nice way to start your relationship, but it is not mandatory. You can welcome your new companion by lighting a candle or incense stick and mentally or verbally welcoming them by name into your home. Payment Processing & Scam prevention
ALL payments are processed by a third party or ETSY (depending on where you are buying from) and I have NO access to your payment info, cart, or have any way to assist with a transaction. If Etsy declines your payment, then you can't purchase from me on here. I can't ship an order until payment clears as there is not even an option to purchase a label until payment clears. If you are having payment issues, contact Etsy Support. Calling a bank to lie about a purchase to obtain a refund is FRAUD and will be handled as fraud. ALL purchases here have receipts and records and will be submitted as needed to defend my business if this situation ever arises... This is a no scam zone. Buyers who have done this will have ALL future orders cancelled

What if I lose the vessel?
Once you receive the item it will bond to your energetic body. If you lose the vessel, it’s okay! The energy of the spell remains housed within you. The same is true of focus vessels for companions. If you lose their vessel, it’s okay, they are still ready and able to assist YOU and ONLY YOU because you made initial contact with them. You may choose a new focus vessel for your companion if you’d like.

Do you reserve/hold items or offer payment plans? What if I want a ring and you don't have my size listed?
I do not reserve/hold items. I DO NOT offer payment plans or personal discounts. Klarna is an option at checkout for buyers who need to make smaller payments over time. My work is in high demand and there is no guarantee the item will be available even the next day so do not hesitate if you see something you truly want!
Rings are sold as listed. I do not offer custom sizing. Many of the rings offered are sterling silver and can be sized by your own jeweler if desired. ALL of my offerings need not be worn for full magickal effect.
Order Processing / accepted payment methods
Current physical item order processing time is 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS meaning your order will be dropped off at the post office 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS after purchase- this has nothing to do with Etsy's auto-generated messages telling you an order shipped.. Etsy sends that message when a shipping label is purchased- NOT when a package actually ships. I do not drop off packages on weekends.
I DO NOT accept any outside payments for Etsy orders. ALL purchases here must be paid for through the Etsy checkout process.
Your descriptions say there is NO additional info available for the Spirit, but can't you answer all my questions?
There is NO ADDITIONAL INFO.
Understand that not ALL spirits are classified by the "arts". Not every spirit fits a certain type or label.
I do not invent exaggerated, false descriptions for my spirits. My descriptions are to the point and truly reflect the spirit in question.
I changed my mind and want to return my order. Do you accept returns or offer exchanges? Do you refund if I refuse my package? What if my item arrives broken?
Due to the nature of my items, I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, period. Etsy mentions that my shop does not accept returns or exchanges in every single listing. All sales are 100% final. If you refuse a package at time of delivery, I will NOT refund the money as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For broken IN TRANSIT items, please send a photo of the packaging and the broken item. This must be done within 3 days of delivery. I DO NOT refund/replace items that are broken after delivery.
What is an Astral Realm Portal and why should I buy one?
An Astral Realm Portal is a piece of Astral Real Estate for you and your spirit companions personally. You can own and access the realm whenever you want. Your Spirit Companions may also choose to access any Astral Realm Portal you buy from me. Each portal is 100% unique even if the art used is the same as one recently sold. No one else can access your specific portal as it is bound to the individual item. THERE ARE NO ACTIVATIONS REQUIRED FOR MY PORTALS. The portal can be accessed through visualization, meditation, or astral projection. Portals are recommended for those having the skills to use them.
Do you offer custom work or direct bindings? Will you add intentions to what I just bought? Can you explain HOW you created your enchanted items?
If a spell item you are seeking is not listed in shop, I don't offer it- no custom spells, period. My spells are tested and working so I stick to my tried-and-true work allowing me to offer the most powerful spells. I DO NOT ADD custom intentions to purchased items.
I am asked things like "tell me how you created the item, I am interested in buying it but want to know more about HOW you did this". I will not respond to these types of questions. I have lineage rituals and rites that are used for my own personal workings and within the sister circle that I have been a part of for more than 30 years. Do Spirits CHOOSE to be bound?
ALL of the spirits and entities I offer have chosen to have human companionship in our physical realm. This is no different than you astral projecting to another realm and choosing to interact with the inhabitants. Curiosity is what piques their interest in companionship. I have not and will never forcefully bind a spirit.
Why do you use the same description/photo for the same spirit types. are you reselling the spirit I bought from you?!
Each spirit listing is for a unique, specific spirit/entity. A spirit can't be bound to more than one item or person. If you see the same photo and/or description relisted it is for a completely different spirit of the same type. I have a system of how I list things and it works flawlessly. No, I am not selling you a spirit then relisting THAT same particular spirit.
Why is my vessel bound spirit showing activity before I receive my package?
This is very common due to the power of my work and also the reason I DO NOT accept returns/exchanges. You may still feel and interact with your new companion long before the vessel arrives due to the extreme amounts of energy my spirits contain.
What is a Spirit Companion? How do I care for one?
I don't teach spirit keeping to beginners through messages. If you are new to the practice of spirit keeping and are unsure of what it is- do your research on what it entails BEFORE buying.
International Shipping:
If you chose the cheap, standard international shipping option, your package first ships USPS first class to an Asendia export center in Miami, FL, USA. Your package will track as "available for pickup" meaning it is ready for the export center to get the package from their post office box. They will pick it up then process/relabel it for shipment to you. Your package will depart Miami and head to you or directly to California, USA, for additional labeling prior to departing the USA. I DO NOT CONTROL THIS PROCESS! I simply ship the package to the export center as given on the Etsy shipping label, and the Asendia facility handles it from there and even signs their name on the label.

Vetting time of Spirits/Living Entities
Vetting time varies greatly. If you see a spirit newly listed, you can be assured that I have spent the time necessary for proper vetting of the spirit. I am not a novice, so it is not always necessary to vet a spirit for long periods of time. I am an extremely skilled practitioner with extreme amounts of protection and wards in place. That means that NO entity that I would not personally be satisfied with would even be able to pass through my astral gateway. A lot of my work is performed in my personal astral temple and then brought to the physical plane where I work on it in this realm as well. I have been doing this for YEARS and have the process down.
I placed an order for a physical item but now I want the spirit, portal or spell as a direct binding
You have the option to have SPIRIT COMPANIONS AND SPELLS directly bound to your energetic body. If you can't buy my physical items due to where you live then you will need to check my personal website to make alternate choices. If you order through my Etsy shop the physical item must ship. What is the difference between a Living Entity and a Spirit Companion?
A living entity is alive in our present time and plane. For example: a black cat spirit I offer is a dead, departed cat's ghost. An Alien companion however may be a living being that currently occupies another realm but is ALIVE, has not died, is currently living as you and I. Many beings are living entities such as fae, vampires, many dragon types.
